I'm trying desperately to keep up with the housework, I really loathe it but I also hate when the place is a mess... I did a ton of work yesterday, catching up: tidied the upstairs bathroom, put away the clothesalanche in the laundry room...cleaned up the living room, did piles of dishes and heaps of pots and pans. Also, I cleaned up after supper so there wasn't anything to come down to today.

Today I have been trying to tidy up as I go along... if I happen to be in the bathroom, I take a moment to straighten it up, ditto for the laundry room, bedroom, etc. The guest room is a bit of a mess right now because of the summer clothes, but I want to get into the closet and get out the clothes bins and really organize it all.

And I need two solutions to mess: something for the bathroom, so we can put away seldom-used, but still needed, items that are currently crowding the shelf over the sink; and something to organize all my bags. There are many of them, and the number is growing. They are all over the place and I have no way of reigning them in.
